BECKER avionics

We are official dealer of the Becker Avionics, leading German producer of avionics with more than 50 years of experience.

BECKER is world leader in field of aircraft communication systems. Besides instruments for airliners, air traffic control and SAR they also produce avionics for small airplanes. The most interesting part of their offer are transponders and radio stations.

New radio station BECKER AR6201 are the followers of the legendary model AR4201. AR6201 is ideal for all, who are finding compact and affordable solution for prepared change to 8,33 kHz.

We are also specialized in approving and installations of TRIG avionics, including its combination with another instruments.

Properties and avionics connection

Radio stations BECKER have integrated intercom for 4 crew members, which can be turned on separately by button or by voice. All radio stations allow connection of two displays for parallel control in pillion seat aircraft.

S-mode transponders BECKER allows ELS/EHS/ADS-B and are ready to parallel or serial connection to blind height coders from different manufacturers. ICAO address a other information involved in S-mode are saved in separate module AM6400-1-(01) and they aren’t lost during transponder change.

Avionics from BECKER have EASA ETSO certification. Particular properties of individual variants can be different.

Documentation and in-built

BECKER avionics is suitable for airplanes, microlight airplanes, helicopters and gliders. We usually do complete change of cables and installation of modern equipment based on STC for certified aircraft. For modernization of equipment used for VFR traffic we use Minor Change. This procedure includes:

  • Procuring of suitable instrument including EASA FORM 1 certificate or FAA FORM 8130-3
  • Evaluation of need to change cables and antenna
  • Evaluation of need to airframe intervention (in-built to new or old hole)
  • Evaluation of weight and weight balance change
  • Working out of in-built documentation
  • Approving of in-built documentation for particular aircraft
  • Working out and approving of Aircraft manual supplement for particular aircraft
  • Assembly of new instrument
  • Change or repair of wiring
  • Test of new avionics including issue of certificate according to regulations
  • Release of aircraft into operation
  • Assistance to changing aircraft station certificate issued by Czech Telecommunication Office
