CAMO services Continuing Airworthiness Management

There is more and more pressure on observance of prescribed lifetime and limits for single aircraft parts, records administration and to comply manufacturer’s and authority’s requirements. We are certified by European Aviation Safety Agency (EASA) for continuing airworthiness management according to Commission regulation no. 1321/2014, part M, subpart G, which allows us to manage airworthiness for all types of operators, included commercial air transport operators. We are authorized to perform inspections of airworthiness including Airworthiness Review Certificate (ARC). Our CAMO activity is supervised by our employees and Civil Aviation Authority.

We manage airworthiness of following airplanes under EASA:

• CESSNA 100 series (Cessna 150, 152, 172, 182 – all variants)
• ZLIN 142, 143, 42, 43, 50, 126, 226, 326, 526, 726 (complete serie)
• PIPER PA-28 series, PS-28 Cruiser, LET L-200 Morava, L-13 Vivat

We constantly widen our certification CZ.MG.0054 and we are ready to offer you CAMO for other types of airplanes or airplanes outside EASA competence – classified in Annex II (Regulation of the European Parliament and the Council no. 216/2008).

Standard CAMO activities:

For airplanes with requirement for managed environment:

• CAMO contract signing with aircraft operator or owner
• Entrance inspection of documentation and aircraft condition
• Devising of maintenance programme and determination of limits and tolerances
• Procuring of approval of maintenance programme by Civil Aviation Authority
• Monitoring of manufacturers Airworthiness Directives (AD)
• Monitoring of Service Bulletins (SB) and other manufacturers recommendations
• Monitoring of authorities Safety Information Bulletins (SIB)
• Monitoring of changes in national and EASA regulations
• Regular review and actualization of maintenance programme
• Internal approval of actualizations and changes in maintenance programme
• Receiving of information about flying from operator
• Watching over the time periods and limits according to reported flight hours
• Creating maintenance requirements for maintenance organization
• Receiving and integrating of documentation about performed maintenance
• Check of work performed by maintenance organization
• Reporting of incidents according to EASA regulations
• Preforming of total airworthiness inspection
• Issue of Airworthiness Review Certificate (ARC)
• Issue of recommendation for ARC issued by CAA for airplanes, which are less than one year in our managed environment
• Partial check of airworthiness
• Extension of ARC issued by CAMO or CAA

For airplanes without requirement for managed environment or managed in other CAMO:

• Complete check of airworthiness
• Issue of Airworthiness Review Certificate (ARC)

For airplanes imported from third countries:

• Complete check of airworthiness
• Issue of recommendation for ARC issued by CAA

Other CAMO activities:

• Watching over the limits, lifetime, AD, SB, SIB and orders for continuing airworthiness in monitoring environment for airplanes outside EASA regulations or for airplanes without requirement for managed environment (private airplanes)
